Take a journey back to the mid-'60s with the Fender Custom Shop 1966 Bass VI Journeyman Relic®. This expertly crafted electric bass guitar authentically evokes Fender's iconic Bass VI model of the 1960s.
The sleek offset select 2-Piece alder body wears a Journeyman Relic nitrocellulose lacquer finish imparting the look of a well-loved instrument. The quartersawn maple neck has a comfortable '60s "oval “C"-shaped profile topped with a 3A rosewood fingerboard outfitted with 21 medium jumbo frets.
Three Custom Shop Hand-Wound Jaguar pickups provide classic Bass VI tones. The pickup switching system includes three on/off slide switches, one for each pickup. Volume and tone controls offer flexible sound shaping.
Plug in, dial up that unmistakable Bass VI sound, and take a journey back to the 60s with the Fender Custom Shop '66 Bass VI Journeyman Relic®.
